About the Role

We are urgently looking for a learning and development facilitator.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Grade 12

• Relevant qualification in Occupational Directed Education, Training & Development Practices

• Assessor/moderator accreditation

• 2 years’ experience in the in learning and development field

• People Management skills

• Knowledge of training methodologies

• Knowledge of Ziyana Business Consulting and Training offerings

• Knowledge of existing training clients

• Experience in multi stakeholder management

• Computer literate (MS Office)

• Written & verbal communication skills

• Planning & Organising skills

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Interpersonal skills

• Report Writing skills
